I dont have amazon alexa hardware

Hi, I don't have alexa am I still eligible to participate or is it possible to demonstrate without hardware ? Thanks

    Hey there! No worries if you don't own an Alexa, you can use the Alexa Developer Console. This will allow you to test Skills you build in a simulator type environment!

    Janet Fang, regarding your previous post so basically we can use 3rd party tools online and then integrate our skills with Alexa Developer Console in order to provide our projects or submission. It so? we do not have to create any public repository on GitHub only the 3 minutes videos and share it on Youtube or Vimeo. Can you share any feedback about what I am expressing? Thank you.

    Hi Danny, Yes you may use 3rd party Alexa Skills tools to build your project. However, you will still need to create a 3 minute video demo-ing the project, and include any links you can to your project. Thanks!
